We have started a small lead exchange group that meets once a week.
The idea is that everyone brings 3 leads to the table, and we all walk away with 20.
There are a wide array of people who have joined.
Unlike BNI or HOBN, there are no annual fees, no weekly breakfasts to attend.
The group has a slight Mastermind element to it, in that there is one volunteer a month to sit on the hot seat, and everyone asks the tough questions, regarding marketing initiatives and strategies. In the process the group learns, and the hot seat person gets all the attention for an hour.
As of right now, we have about 6 to 8 constant participants.
